At Acción Estratégica Online, S.L. ("ACCEON", "we") we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process through our website acceon.es and our mobile applications for iOS and Android, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Scope

This policy applies to the ACCEON website and to the mobile applications developed and published by ACCEON on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android). Where a specific application processes additional categories of data, this will be detailed in that application's specific information within the app itself and in its store listing.

3. What data we process

Depending on the service or application you use, we may process the following categories of data:

  • Contact data you provide voluntarily (name, company, email, phone, message) when using the contact form on the website.
  • Account data, when the application requires registration (username, email address and encrypted access credentials).
  • Data you enter into the application for it to work (for example bookings, registrations, content or preferences), depending on the purpose of each app.
  • Technical and usage data: device type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, language and activity logs, necessary to provide the service and ensure its security.
  • Payment data, only when the application includes payments: processed through secure payment gateways (for example, Redsys / your bank). ACCEON does not store full card details.

We only request the device permissions (camera, location, notifications, etc.) strictly necessary for the feature that requires them, always with your prior authorisation. You can revoke them in your device settings.

4. Purposes and legal basis

  • To provide the service and manage your account and operations within the app — legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To respond to your enquiries sent via the form or email — legal basis: consent and legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f).
  • To send notifications, operational or push, related to the service — legal basis: performance of the contract, or consent for non-essential communications.
  • To ensure security, prevent fraud and maintain and improve the service — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting or others) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as our relationship with you exists or your account is active, and thereafter for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities. Once its purpose has been fulfilled, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients and data processors

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that render services to us and act as data processors under a contract, such as:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers within the European Union.
  • Push notification services from Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM), needed to deliver alerts to your device.
  • Payment gateways (for example, Redsys), when the application includes payments.
  • Email providers for service communications.

We may also disclose data where there is a legal obligation or where required by a competent authority.

7. International transfers

As a general rule, your data is processed within the European Economic Area. If any provider (for example, Apple or Google notification services) involves a transfer outside the EEA, it is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and to withdraw consent, by writing to info@acceon.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Minors

Our services are not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of those holding parental responsibility. If we detect such processing, we will delete the data.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access control, backups and secure development practices) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our services. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
